Title: Management Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Reporting, analysis and budgeting
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic client and agency advocate that is dedicated to the mutual success of both the client and the agency
- Work with agency departments to assure consistency across entire client relationship.
- Online marketing, advertising and brand management
- Management of multifaceted direct response marketing programs
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities.
- Understands the language of marketing/branding
- Will be working with CMOs, Directors of Marketing, etc.
- Position would work closely with Director of New Business in building programs to pitch and transition when the contracts are signed
- Position would also work closely with Director of Campus Relations and her team (based in Columbia) to develop/implement programs on campuses.
Qualifications
- Agency experience – Preferably engagement/promotional marketing, traditional advertising agency would work as well
- 7- 10 years experience with: Direct response marketing where sales/accounts were primary goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (both internal and external)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Resourcefulness and creativity
- Fast thinker/problem solver
- Team player
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to present
Title: Account Manager- Boston
Reports to: Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, evaluate, interview and hire college students for internship positions with various clients.
- Manage students hired for internships by tracking daily progress and using program requirements to make sure each student is meeting weekly program expectations.
- Maintain accurate reports and detailed logs of program status to be used for updates to client.
- Build and manage relationships with college staff members.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (both internal and external)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Resourcefulness and creativity
- Fast thinker/problem solver
- Team player
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Fresh Grad-3 Years’ Experience
