Recruitment
We always go straight to the source when recruiting our Student Promoters: NACA member campus administrators, Student Activities Boards, and campus programming committees. After all, they know their school and exactly which students will best champion your brand. We use their recommendations to screen and recruit only the best of the best Student Promoters on each campus.
Vetting Process
Each of our Student Promoters is carefully screened to ensure they’re the ideal brand promoter for you. Early in the selection process we get the recommendations of campus NACA Student Activities and Programming Board Advisors based on your program’s unique attributes. We then narrow the field to top tier candidates who undergo a rigorous application process and background check.
Promoter Training
Every Campus Entertainment Student Promoter receives hands-on training and guidance from our team to guarantee your brand is represented in an engaging, honest and fresh way. We educate our promoters on your brand’s history and unique program goals, and coach them on best practices for conducting effective peer-to-peer promotions. And because every client program is unique, we tailor promotional training on a case-by-case basis.
Management
We manage, mentor and support our Student Promoters so they’ll get you real results. Our team is in constant contact with each promoter, on a mission to help them reach every milestone. Email check-ins, online training sessions, phone calls, real time reporting and onsite meetings ensure your student reps get expert guidance and supervision during every phase of the campaign.
Reporting
We provide you with a real-time connection to your Student Promoters’ metrics through a proprietary internal reporting website that allow students to report on their activity, posting photos and peer feedback multiple times throughout each week. With instant access to how a campaign is being received on campus, we can swiftly optimize our tactics for amazing results.
